In Zusammenarbeit mit Annabelle Marquis haben wir ihre künstlerische Vision und ihre Liebe zu Kultur, Farben und Geschichten in eine einzigartige limitierte Edition umgesetzt, die von der Magie Balis inspiriert ist.
Sie ist die erste in der Buvanha X Artists-Serie, in der wir mit sieben Künstlerinnen und Künstlern weltweit zusammenarbeiten, um eine einmalige Auflage eines von ihnen entworfenen Reisehandtuchs zu produzieren.
Meet Annabelle Marquis
“Hello, my name is Annabelle Marquis and I live in Quebec. My design for this towel, created in collaboration with Buvanha, was inspired by the rice terraces and warm sunsets of Bali - an island that touched me deeply with its spirituality and genuine hospitality. As in my paintings, which focus on color, harmony and emotion, I wanted this design to convey the connection with nature and the joy of the moment. I cordially invite you to discover this creation.”
How Bali inspired me...
“For the design of the towel, I wanted to capture this essence by incorporating patterns inspired by the rice fields, combined with the warm colors of a Balinese sunset. My goal is to convey not only the beauty of Bali, but also the wanderlust and sense of adventure sparked in every visitor.”
“The terraced rice fields, with their beautiful shades of green, represent perfect harmony between man and nature. They also symbolize the hard work and hospitality of the Balinese people, who welcomed me with sincere smiles.”
